Every Hammer Golf product has a LIFETIME warranty against manufacturer defects. Every golfer is different, and results may vary in both distance and accuracy, but if you follow the instructions provided with your new Hammer Golf product, you will see improvement. If you received a discounted price or ordered a custom club, it is Non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you need any help, our customer care will be very helpful to make you a better golfer. We want to help you. If you put the Hammer Turbo Air driver into practice you’ll add more than 30 yards to your drives. I believe that so strongly that I’m going to give you a Completely no risk, no questions asked, 90 day guarantee, If you don’t add at least 30 yards to your drives after 60 days…or you’re not happy with it for any reason….Just let me know and I’ll refund your purchase, no questions asked… Less P&F and restocking fee. There is no risk on you whatsoever. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Policy
If you qualify for a refund, you must call Customer Care and obtain an RA number, visibly written on the box, insured for full value for breakage, and returned via FedEx only. Only returns with RA numbers will be accepted. The US Postal Service is not acceptable for returns, as many damage issues resulted from Postal Service.
Refunds will be less, P&H, and 25% restock fee. Your Credit Card charge will be
shown as Longball LLC. All chargeback disputes will be reported as Credit Card Fraud

Consistent with all major golf manufacturers, your club(s) must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and we hope you understand that we will NOT accept returns for custom-built golf clubs except for manufacturing defect(s). All returns must be in the original packaging (with a copy of your invoice) and will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s). Processing costs are nonrefundable.
